Incorporated in 2018, the company is led by Kamille Jackson, a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer and Real Estate professional with 20 years’ experience in the field. The Company Secretary brings over 40 years business accounting experience.
Three:23 Projects Ltd (3:23PL) employs a holistic approach to assist our Clients to realize their vision in a feasible and cost effective way. The services extend beyond civil and structural design, and where our Client’s needs require, we will also project manage, and for light construction projects, we implement. We offer real estate services through in-house third party affiliate alignments which allow us to assess property options with respect to the needs and purpose of our Client as well as the viability of the proposed project. We assist our clients to assess property dreams in the context of fit for purpose.
With the use of cutting edge design software supported by the team’s creative approach to solutions and understanding and appreciation of the built and natural environment, the project outcomes are more than just engineering solutions. They are solutions for a better experience with maximum consideration for environment and purpose.

Renovation services such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades. Projects extend from Real Estate purchases and engineering upgrades on existing buildings to creating the Client’s dream space

ABOUT OUR PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
Engineer Kamille Jackson brings 20 years of experience to THREE:23 PROJECTS LTD. Her passion for buildings and the built environment is poured into her design solutions as she draws on her background minor in Architecture, parallel career in Real Estate Professional Services and her affinity for photography all of which put her in a unique position to deliver solutions as a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer.
Kamille’s experience spans residential assessments and renovations, multi-storey residential and commercial use structures, and the full range of services in between. Having had experience in private sector and government she understands the full gamut of requirements to successfully execute a variety of projects, and she boldly brings that knowledge to her delivery.
Kamille served on the Council of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers from 2005 to 2008 where she was Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for the period 2007 to 2008. She currently sits on the Sustainable Construction Panel of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the UK where she is a Chartered Engineer. Eng. Jackson served on the Professional Engineers Registration Board (PERB) from October 2012 until May 2018, where she served as Chair of the Communications Committee.
Kamille served as a part-time facilitator at the University of Technology, Jamaica in the Faculty of the Built Environment, Caribbean School of Architecture from 2010 to 2014, while practising Real Estate and Engineering. She held the position of Director of Projects at the Tourism Product Development Company from 2015 until June 2017. She currently serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bachelor of Engineering in the Civil Engineering Course of Study at the University of Technology, Jamaica. She continues to work in Real Estate.
Her passion is geared toward sustainable development for Jamaica especially in the context of the built and engineered environment. She enjoys art and fine photography, travelling, poetry and real estate. Kamille is the author of a line of children’s books, the first of which was published in 2018; she is currently working on releasing her second book. She is a runner and a member of New Phase Club in Kingston; a member of the Jamaica Photography Society: the Georgian Society of Jamaica; the Realtors Association of Jamaica; the National Association of Realtors; and the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica. She continues to mentor and to be mentored as she believes that is the basis for growth and continuity. Service to God is the basis for her work.
